RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not provide refund. We will exchange it with the size/colour requested subject to the availability. Incase you received wrong items or defect, please follow our POLICY TERMS below

 

Procuct item(s) must be returned to us in original condition within 3 days after customer received the parcel.

You can only change for another product within 3 days of receiving the goods provided it is UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, UNSCENTED condition with ORIGINAL PACKAGING & ALL TAGS ATTACHED (for both local and international orders).

Any product that you want to change for is subject to availability. If there are any difference, you have to pay the difference. You must contact via whatsapp /emaill us within 3 days of order receipt, and return your unwanted items within 3 days of receiving your products.

Shipping Cost are borne by the customer. We are not liable until item reaches our office, as per our Return Policy.
Your parcel will be processed within 1-3 working days once it reaches our office.
